Cool Site: U.S.D.A. MyPyramid

At MyPyramid.gov you can generate custom nutritional plans, get tips and track your daily diet as well as your weekly diet. You set up your profile according to your age, sex, weight and hight, with the last two optional. This returns a basic personalized food pyramid.Among the personalized tools there are also lots of tips on which foods to look for to help you better fit your plan and reach your intended intake. This might not be your go-to software for triathlon training needs (hah, funny I say that as it's what I'm using it for), but it will sure help to illustrate your base line.
